If one of these formats won't work with your embroidery machine,
please contact us and if possible your format will be added to the list.

  • How much does a membership cost?

    • Membership is $5.00 per month.Yearly membership are also available
    at a low lost of only $54.00 (U.S. currency) per year.

  • Is there a minimum subscription period?

    • No, you can cancel your membership anytime you want.
    But you do have to cancel before the due date.

  • Can I download all the designs for free when I am a member?

    • Yes

  • Will I need any other software to download the designs?

    • All designs are in Zip format. Windows XP will unzip files.

    There are also many other free unzip programs available on the web.

  • How can I become a member?

    • Click on Join and fill out the simple information options.

  • Can I see the designs before becoming a member?

    • Yes, just click on the Designs button at the top of the screen, and select a category. You can even download the freebies, if you like.

  • I live in a country which does not use US Currency, can I join?

    • Yes, you can, when you use PayPal the amount is automatically converted to your local currency.

  • How often are new designs added?

    • New designs are added every month.

  • Can I get artwork digitized?

    • Yes, just e-mail me your request and we will quote a price for your order.

  • Can I make a request for a designs to be added to your web site?

    • All requests are welcome, request will be handled as requested and not as a special order.

  • Where do the designs come from?

    • All designs are digitized by our digitizing staff, and all designs are sewed out, to insure the quality of the designs . We do understand that all machines do not sew out equal. if you have a problem with one of our designs please notify us.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    • You can cancel your subscription either by contacting us or you can cancel it yourself.

  • What may I do with the designs?

    • You may sell or give away the sewed out item only. But you may not share or sell the design in any form. Even the freebies can only be sewed out and the clothing or item can be sold but the embroidery design can not be sold or shared.

  • I have forgotten my username and password?

    • Click on the LOG IN button, find the box Forgot your username and password and type in your email and click on Request Username.

  • Do I need to type in my username and password every time?

    • No, you can select the option Remember username when you log in. Then your username and password will be saved in a cookie.

  • How can I contact you?

  • Is there a discount available?

    • If you select to pay for one year at a time and you will receive one month for free
